Kona Reserve is our first offering of 100% Kona coffee. Coffees from Kona go through a careful picking, sorting, fermentation, and drying process before the final hand-sorting occurs. The coffees are then meticulously graded, roasted, and cupped by the quality control team. Kona Reserve expresses itself as a juicy and sweet cup, possessing notes of chocolate, cardamom, and blood orange.
Peaberry
Origin: Central Kona, Hawai’i
Varietal:Â Typica
Elevation:Â 1700 masl
Process:Â Washed
Naturally occurring mutation inside each coffee cherry causes two coffee beans to fuse together, forming a single oval-shaped bean—hence the name Peaberry. The result is a complex combination of flavors: citrus, raspberry, and a hint of spice, making it a truly unique experience to be savored with every sip.
Lū‘au

Elevation:Â 1300-1650 masl

Lū‘au [loo-aw]: A traditional Hawaiian party or feast. Lū‘au is our signature house blend coffee that we serve daily. As the name suggests, the Lū‘au blend is a party of different origins of coffee. We picked the best coffees of the current harvest and combined them for a balance of acidity, body, and sweetness. Our tasters get caramel, stone fruits and dark chocolate, with more and more bittersweet cacao as the coffee is roasted darker.
