Lū‘au [loo-aw]: A traditional Hawaiian party or feast.
Lū‘au is our signature house blend coffee that we serve daily. As the name suggests, the Lū‘au blend is a party of different origins of coffee. We picked the best coffees of the current harvest and combined them for a balance of acidity, body, and sweetness.
Our tasters get caramel, stone fruits and dark chocolate, with more and more bittersweet cacao as the coffee is roasted darker. Appropriate for all brewing methods, Lū‘au is our way of perfectly bringing a piece of party to you.
